Whether you are dolphin watching on the beachfront deck or fishing from the beach, you'll be happy with your choice of locations. This ground floor efficiency offers sleeping up to 4. The private balcony is equipped with a grill for a relaxing evenings in the breeze. A gated staircase allows all renters direct access to the beach. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Boardwalk only steps away connects you to Pompano Joe's. Tremendous location: 5 minutes to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, convenient to shopping and movies at Destin Commons, and to the new shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard. walk to restaurants, coffee house, and step right off the stairs from the deck onto the powder white sands of one of the world's most beautiful serene beach with its emerald green water. This unique townhouse consists of the first of 3 floors in a duplex. The second and 3rd levels are the other part of the townhouse that can be rented to another party. Parking is limited, one designated parking spot for this rental that accommodates 2 standard cars, and it is directly in front of the unit. There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property. PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental property unless pre-approved at the time of booking. If pre-approved prior to arrival a nonrefundable Pet Fee will apply of $250.00. Any damages by a pre-approved pet will be charged an addition damage or excessive cleaning fee. A minimum $500 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental property without pre-authoriz ation. Unauthorized pets in a property will result in eviction with no refund. In the event that my/our pet cause’s damage or destruction to the property, I/we agree that we will be responsible for full replacement and or repair cost of carpet, walls, blinds, flooring or any other items damaged or destruction in any way by pet(s) I/we agree to be financially responsible for damages. You must agree to keep the pet from becoming a nuisance to neighbors. This includes controlling the barking of the pet and cleaning any animal waste on and about the premises. If the pet becomes a nuisance you may be evicted with any refund.

Our stay was overall incredible. The property was clean and well-kept, even if the building was a bit older. It was easy to hear people above us, which we didn’t really have a problem with if they were just walking. We just lucked out and got upstairs neighbors who would hoot and holler going up and down the stairs over and over and played loud music. We just went and sat on the back deck during the loud music and we couldn’t hear it at all then. We really loved having direct beach access and I would recommend this property to people! I just wish those that were not family-friendly and want to party would have found a different place to stay as this did seem to be a family-friendly place based on our other neighbors.

We loved this place! So nice being right on the beach and so close to everything! The room was very nice, very clean and very well stocked. Management was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again. My one complaint was the noise of the condo above us, so maybe pack a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper!

This rental is right on beach. It was clean with a comfortable bed. Very small so would not recommend for more than 2 people. Could use a few essentials added, like oven mitts, light fixed outside front door and some of the cookware replaced. Sand under cushions in couch would discourage use of sofa bed. The location and view are the best drawing cards and it was nice to take our fur babies.

Cozy place to stay that is right on the beach. We took our Fur baby with us and he enjoyed the stay. Place felt safe. Dog walk area was across the street. People upstairs were really loud the first few days (kids running and stomping). A few things could use some updating but overall it was nice! Parking is alittle tight.

Great location on the beach. It's a little tight if you're going to have more than 2 people there. There are also some maintenance items that probably should be addressed, such as the hot/cold on the washing machine being switched and loose boards on the deck. It's also easy to hear other tenants (such as the ones that arrive at 2:30am). However, all that being said, we had a great time.

Sandollar Townhome unit 9A was a cozy, bottom floor, on the beach unit. Only 3 complaints. #1the ac would not go below 73 #2 day 2 the toilet would not flush but we left for the day and came back and maintenance fixed the problem. kudos to maintenance #3 the people above us! 2 older couples roughly 45ish must have been having a swingers party or dance off. other than that it was a great time and great weather

This place is perfect for two people. I like being on the first floor because you have less stairs to walk down. The unit was very clean and modern, updated in my favorite “grays” decor. You just can’t beat the location of being right on the sand. It’s the only place to stay! Especially with a young child, lugging all the toys and various rafts needed for a fun full-day experience at the beach. Chairs, a raft, and some body boards were on the deck for our use. We purchased an umbrella, blow-up boat, and fishing net which we left for the next party. I felt very safe staying here with just my six year old. Management was very helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed in another Sanddollar unit in the past, owned by someone else, and I would definitely stay in 9A again! Thanks for everything!

I love waking up to the sound of the waves and this place is perfect. It's absolutely just a stone's throw away from the ocean. Booking and check in was a breeze.The place is exactly how it shows online. It also has washer/dryer and beach chairs and beach umbrellas for the renters to use. There's only 2 things that needs improvement:(1) the noise from upstairs, (2) the rug by the pull out couch needs some cleaning. The location of this property is convenient for either quick bites and/or sit down dinner. Across the street there's frozen snacks and a few steps you'll find the best coffee place. There's also a couple of restaurants nearby and if you need groceries you just need to drive 5-10 minutes to get to Publix. Overall I rated this place a 9/10.

We arrived at this very clean townhome that is directly on beautiful Miramar Beach. The view was amazing and everyone near us was very friendly and we were also able to bring our Boston Terrier which really made us feel at home. This was our first time to visit the Emerald Coast and we will definitely be back. I would also like to think Kona Property Management for being so helpful and prompt with helping us make the most of our vacation.
