Come experience Kona Properties amazing southern hospitality, while staying in an amazing gulf front condo.This beautiful, pet-friendly town home is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. Unit 9B -the top 2 floors of the town home. The main living area is on the 2nd floor with beautiful gulf views. On this floor there is a living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining, spacious kitchen, half bath and a nice deck with outdoor seating off the living room overlooking the beach. The deck also has a gas grill. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms (1 is the master suite with full bath and a deck overlooking the beach) there is also a full bath in the hall on this level. The master bedroom and living room both have huge wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies overlooking the beach. From the Balcony off the living room you just walk down the stairs to the lower beach level deck. From the beach level deck you step directly onto the sand and you are on your own private beach. There is NO SMOKING allowed in this unit.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!
PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental property unless pre-approved at the time of booking. If pre-approved prior to arrival a nonrefundable
Pet Fee will apply of $250.00. Any damages by a pre-approved pet will be charged an addition damage or excessive cleaning
fee. A minimum $500 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental property without pre-authoriz ation. Unauthorized pets in a property will result in eviction with no refund.
In the event that my/our pet cause’s damage or destruction to the property, I/we agree that we will be responsible for full
replacement and or repair cost of carpet, walls, blinds, flooring or any other items damaged or destruction in any way by pet(s) I/we
agree to be financially responsible for damages.
You must agree to keep the pet from becoming a nuisance to neighbors. This includes controlling the barking of the pet and
cleaning any animal waste on and about the premises. If the pet becomes a nuisance you may be evicted with any refund.
