Sandollar Townhomes Unit 10B

FREE WIFI !!!! Kona Properties is excited to have this new unit in our rental portfolio. Come experience Kona Properties amazing southern hospitality, while staying in an amazing gulf front condo.This beautiful, town home is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. Unit 10B -the top 2 floors of the town home. The main living area is on the 2nd floor with beautiful gulf views. On this floor there is a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, and a nice deck with outdoor seating off the living room overlooking the beach. The deck also has a gas grill. The 3rd floor has 2full sized bedrooms and a kids bunk room. From the beach level deck you step directly onto the sand and you are on your own private beach. There is NO SMOKING allowed in this unit.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family reservations.

  We loved our stay at the Sandollar Townhomes 10B. We have stayed in Destin many times and this was our first opportunity to stay on the beach instead of across the street. This is a beautiful townhouse and had everything we needed for our stay.

  We stayed here while we were on our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! The view was phenomenal, the place itself was super cute and homey feeling, you couldn’t ask for easier access to the beach and it was well equipped! Short distance to most things to do outside of going to the beach (shops, restaurants, etc). We’re so excited to come back and stay again! Amanda was very accommodating and great with communicating.

  The beach was beautiful. Weather was perfect. I had a great vacation! The rental property was nice. I did notice the door for the back stairs down to the beach was an interior door not an exterior door, and it did not lock. I had to hide this from my mother otherwise she would have refused to stay there. The outside deck looked a little run down from the beach compared to the other rentals to the left and right. But overall it had a nice interior feel.

  Beautiful condo located directly on the Gulf. We enjoyed walking to numerous restaurants, beach shops and ice cream parlors. Very clean with lots of room for our family to spend time together or apart. Very professional and attentive property management! I had questions regarding the WiFi and they were available immediately to help me. The condo looks brand new on the inside and is decorated tastefully. If you're looking to rent a condo directly on the beach - I would highly recommend this one!
